LinkedIn API Privacy
1. Overview
This section outlines how OneReplai (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects data accessed through third-party integrations, specifically the LinkedIn Developer APIs (including the LinkedIn Community Management API and OpenID Connect).
We prioritize member privacy and strictly adhere to the LinkedIn Developer Terms of Service and API Use Policies.
2. Data We Collect via LinkedIn API
When you connect your LinkedIn account or LinkedIn Company Page to OneReplai, we may access and process the following categories of data, depending on the permissions you grant:
- Account & profile information (via OpenID Connect): name, email address, profile picture, and LinkedIn member identifier.
- Organization / page information: company page name, page ID, logo, and associated admin access details.
- Content & engagement data: posts, comments, mentions, and related metadata needed to monitor and respond on your behalf.
- Analytics & performance data: engagement metrics where permitted by LinkedIn API scopes.
We only request the minimum LinkedIn API permissions required to provide our social engagement and AI reply features. We do not collect LinkedIn passwords or credentials beyond OAuth tokens issued by LinkedIn.
3. How We Use LinkedIn Data
We use LinkedIn data solely to deliver and improve OneReplai services, including:
- Authenticating your LinkedIn connection and maintaining secure access tokens.
- Displaying LinkedIn comments, mentions, and page activity in your inbox.
- Generating and posting AI-assisted replies on your behalf, when you enable automation.
- Applying safety filters, keyword triggers, and moderation rules you configure.
- Providing workspace analytics and reporting on social engagement.
We do not sell LinkedIn member data, use it for unrelated advertising, or share it with third parties except as described in this policy or as required by law.
4. Data Storage, Retention & Security
LinkedIn data is stored on secure servers with access restricted to authorized personnel and systems required to operate the service. OAuth tokens are stored securely and refreshed according to LinkedIn’s requirements.
We retain LinkedIn-derived data only for as long as your account or workspace remains active, or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you disconnect LinkedIn or delete your workspace, we delete or anonymize associated data within a reasonable timeframe, subject to backup and legal retention requirements.
5. Your Choices & Revoking Access
You may disconnect your LinkedIn account at any time from OneReplai’s Social Accounts or Workspace Settings. You can also revoke OneReplai’s access directly from your LinkedIn permitted services settings.
Upon revocation, we will stop collecting new LinkedIn data and will remove stored tokens associated with that connection, in accordance with our retention policy above.
